We don't need warm bodies. We need dependable people who show up, follow direction, and take the mission seriously.

SC-QRF events run on a small, vetted crew. Volunteers work alongside real operators — managing logistics, supporting safety, handling comms, and keeping the day moving. The work isn't glamorous. The standard is high.

If you have military, law enforcement, or first responder experience, that matters. If you don't, what matters is your attitude and your reliability. We'll train the rest.
